I am currently in Vancouver with a critically ill husband and my children are staying with my best friend in Lake Country. One of my children got sick at her house last night and a carpet cleaning was desperately needed. I contacted Brad at Okanagan Carpet Master at 9am this morning and he was able to squeeze this service in for us at 1130 am same day! He added extra value to the service we originally requested, was prompt, professional and was “absolutely lovely” as my best friend put it. She is incredibly happy with the results and I feel so much better knowing her home is fresh and clean again after a really unfortunate night of taking care of my poor sick kiddo. Knowing our unique situation he also didn’t charge extra for coming on a weekend which was incredibly helpful.  He also made payment options seamless!! Our outdoor patio furniture was badly damaged by smoke and ash from A Wildfire that swept through our area this past summer Brad and his team at okanagan carpet masters did such a great job our furniture came out looking new and no more smoke smell. Brad & Roman did a great job today of our bedroom, office and stairwell carpets, as well as steam-cleaning our two sofas.  There is no chemical smell since they use eco-friendly products.  The carpets and sofas came out beautiful, bright and fresh looking.  They also were careful not to gouge any of the walls with their equipment.  We found them to be very friendly and efficient. A friend visited with their cat. After they left there was a distinct smell of cat urine in our basement. We called Okanagan Carpet Master and they came the next day. The owner Brad was on site and used a black light to find the urine. BOOM! He found it and then used this high powered enzyme to eradicate the urine from our carpet. After the treatment, the smell was gone and the urine was no longer visible under the black light. The service was friendly, prompt and personal.
